Jonathan Hall QC reappointed as Independent Reviewer

Jonathan Hall QC has been appointed to a further three year term as the Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation.

Following a successful first term of appointment, Hall has been reappointed for a further term of three years from 23 May 2022 until 22 May 2025, in line with the Governance Code on Public Appointments.

Hall was first appointed to the role in 2019. As part of his role, he will be required to provide an annual report on his findings, which the government must lay before Parliament and publish.
