Call Re-routing and Voice Recording
Providing telecoms business continuity solutions for organisations such as Kings College Hospital London, Inmarsat, Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and KBC Peel Hunt, our core technology enables incoming calls to be re-routed to any alternative phone in any location with the added ability to securely voice record incoming, outgoing and re-routed phone calls.

GemaTech’s core business continuity solution is designed to instantly re-route all of an organisation’s incoming calls, in the event of a telecoms outage, to alternative phones in alternative locations on an individual number (DDI by DDI) basis so that employees never miss a call.

Partial Activation
Our solution offers the flexibility to re-route a selection of DDI numbers if required, while ensuring that all other calls reach their normal destination as usual delivering an all day, every day solution for flexible working.

Secure Landline and Mobile Voice recording
GemaTech also offer voice recording of everyday incoming, outgoing calls, re-routed calls in addition to all, or selected mobile phone calls to meet current and future compliance regulations.
