Second Brit identified in ISIL video

A second British extremist has reportedly been identified as a masked executioner in the ISIL video released on 4 January. Mohammed Reza Haque, known as Giant, is said to be one of the five men shown executing prisoners in the latest video, which is also thought to feature fellow Brit Siddhartha Dhar, a former bouncy castle salesman who has been dubbed the ‘new Jihadi John’ by the UK national press. Haque is a former bodyguard to a hate preacher and was known as a regular attendee at protest marches by extremist groups. He reportedly fled Britain in January 2014, flying from Stansted to Istanbul before crossing to Syria.
