Managing Director, Duanne Watkins BEng, with an honouree degree in Electronic Systems and Control Engineering, had been a faithful, diligent and recognised technical expert within the Law Enforcement and Security Service community for over 20 years before deciding to use this wealth of experience and build his own company with the aim of giving back to the whole of LE. Duanne brings to the company: over 10 Years Covert deployment skills, Secure IT Systems Management, Project Management (Prince2 Practitioner), Technical Research and Development; Over 15 years of people management skills; Chair and member of many specialist focus and research groups both in the UK, Europe and 5 Eyes. Highly respected in the field of Location and Positioning Systems and Technologies.
Solutions Manager, Gary Watkins brings to the team over 20 years of IT experience and vast knowledge of designing and managing IT networks for local and national institutions. Microsoft and Prince2 certified, Gary has been fundamental in the transformation of IT systems and their supporting teams across the education sectors. As a practising NLP Gary is also passionate about customer service, the core values that JTOL is built on.
Senior Analyst, Trainer and Police advisor, Warren Eggleton is currently a part-time member joining the team in early 2017 to add his wealth of operational experiences as a Senior Analyst within the Metropolitan Police Service to the Training Certifications programmes that JTOL run for the GeoTime software solution.

Evolution2 or E2 is one such a solution to this issue, but also so much more. E2 is an Asset Command and Control Suite built from the ground up for LE and Military. E2 utilises years of operational experience and feedback to provide an advanced Tracking, Command and Control system that was designed to be device agnostic and to this day, now supports over 100+ devices. E2 is also a Case management system for geo-data. E2 offers the ability to create Access Controlled Operational Folders where Deployments, Subjects, Features, Documents, Pictures and devices can all be organised in a structured way that brings together depts e.g. Technical Operations, Surveillance, Intelligence Units and Analysts, enabling them to work coherently. E2 is the heart of a Geo-Spatial data eco-system.
Operational Teams can have the access privileges to Create, Modify and Append Operations to the system, adding documents like; Operational Orders, Authorities, Pictures then place Icons on a map to indicate Home Addresses, Work addresses, frequented addresses, draw polygon features to indicate hazardous areas.
Senior Officers can be given the privileges to e.g. Add further team members, Tech Ops, Intel, Analyst to the Operational Structure enabling joined up, parallel working.
Technical Operations have the ability to; test, deploy and move agency assets with an authority, to the Operational Structure and if required, modify device privileges to enable or remove Command and Control functionality. If other surveillance techniques have been deployed e.g. IP Cameras, icons can be linked to the URL for quick access and viewing by the Operational Team users.
Intelligence operators and Analysts can also be granted access and further upload additional data sets of interest to the case e.g. Communication Data Records, ANPR Records, etc to enhance the profile of the operation. With all these authorised data sets in one place and structured/linked to assets/deployments/subjects the analysts’ role becomes key.

Add-in the possibility of mapping the metadata (EXIF) from pictures taken from devices which could add value to an investigation. GeoTime will import any data with location and time. Write up the analysis within GeoTime adding screen grabs with a single click to complement the final report. With GeoTime Server this report can be published and offered up for others to view, comment on within their own desktop Browser. GeoTime also offers the capability to write the report within the software, capture points in time (snapshots) within the text and return to them if required and then export the report and snapshotted pictures to a templated PowerPoint file. Add some final tweaks, maybe a video recorded from within GeoTime of Subjects moving together and you have an evidential ready report.
