Morgan Marine

Morgan Marine, and its sister company PSF Wales, surveys, designs, manufactures and installs LPCB  (Loss Prevention Certification Board) physical security products manufactured from GRP and Steel.
Founded in 1965, Morgan Marine has the most comprehensive range of security rated products available in today’s market place, and all are tested by BRE to LPCB Security Rating (SR) 2, 3 and 4 in line with the LPS 1775 issue 7 standard.

It is the only company in the UK to manufacture LPCB accredited security products in both Glass Reinforced Polymer (GRP) and steel, and has become the UK’s most highly-respected business associated with the design and manufacture of these products.

The company is continually evolving and anticipating clients’ requirements and its most recent product launches, going ahead at SCTX17, include the first GRP 1-hour fire rated LPCB Security rated enclosure, and the Herculouvre SR2 and SR3 fully-louvred doors.
Morgan Marine was also pleased to added Trojan LPCB SR3 and 4 single and multi-leaf access covers to its range recently. This product is particularly valuable to clients in the water sectors by helping to secure chambers.
The company’s full range includes GRP and steel housings and cabinets, single and double door sets, including the new fully louvred door range and up to 4 hour fire rated doors, window bar-sets for internal and external use with both face fix and reveal,  single and multi-leaf access covers, cages and mesh walling systems, and ventilation options which include louvres and weather-proof cowls.
Morgan Marine has a long history of firsts; the first 1 hour and 2 hour fire rated construction; the world’s first LPCB GRP enclosure; and now the company has combined its expertise in both and created the first LPCB security and 1 hour fire rated enclosure.
Morgan Marine has full in-house engineering, both mechanical and electrical, and extensive sales support, as well as experienced site teams and logistical crew to ensure a smooth efficient service from enquiry through to installation.
The company’s manufacturing site is based on an eleven acre, 120,000 square foot purpose built space in South Wales.

In recent years Morgan Marine has provided GRP housings to many major infrastructure projects for the water, power, rail and nuclear industries.

It employs 240 people across three sites and has a turnover approaching £28 million.
